Robot Dog Drums - Kontakt Library Installation Instructions
Activating and Installing Robot Dog Drums
- Download and install the latest version of Native Instruments "Native Access" app: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/
- Open the Native Access app. Log in using your "Native ID" or create a new account and password.
- If you don't have it already, install the latest version of Kontakt or Kontakt Player (free download).
- Click "Add Serial" on the left side of the app window and paste in your serial number. Click "Add Serial".
- Click the "Available" tab at the top and find Robot Dog Drums - Rock or search for it using the search tool.
- Click "Install" next to Robot Dog Drums - Rock. It's a large library so allow some time for it to download and install.
- Close Native Access and launch Kontakt. Robot Dog Drums - Rock will now be available in the Libraries tab (and browser if you have Kontakt 7). Click "Instruments" underneath it's banner and then double click on "Robot Dog Drums - Rock.nki" to load it.
- You're now ready to use Robot Dog Drums!
- BONUS TIP: Click the little "i" next to the camera icon above the instrument window and then set the "MIDI Ch" to "Omni" otherwise you may have trouble sending MIDI to RDD unless you're specifically using MIDI Ch 1 which Kontakt defaults to.
